As President of pewag North America for 21 years, Mike built their US distribution network from the ground up, opened a chain manufacturing facility in Pueblo, Colorado in 2014, and grew the company to a dominant position in the American market. Along the way, he navigated every challenge a foreign company faces on US soil: legal structure, tax compliance, HR regulations, insurance, banking, distribution logistics, and more.
